Remote Montessori Parent Coach – Quantum Montessori

Quantum Montessori is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Montessori Parent Coach to join our team. As a leading provider of Montessori education, we are dedicated to supporting families in providing a holistic and child-centered learning experience for their children. As a Remote Montessori Parent Coach, you will have the opportunity to work with families who have children between the ages of 1 to 18 years old. Your role will be to provide guidance and support to parents in implementing the Montessori philosophy in their home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

– Conduct virtual consultations with parents to assess their needs and challenges related to implementing Montessori philosophy in their home
– Build a strong rapport with parents and establish a trusting and supportive relationship through consistent communication and regular check-ins
– Provide personalized recommendations and create action plans for parents to adapt their home environment according to the Montessori principles and practices
– Develop and deliver engaging and informative workshops and webinars for parents on various topics related to Montessori education and parenting techniques
– Offer support and guidance to parents in adapting the Montessori philosophy to meet the unique needs and interests of their child
– Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in Montessori education and parenting and incorporate them into coaching strategies
– Collaborate with other Montessori Parent Coaches and members of the Quantum Montessori team to share knowledge and resources and continuously improve coaching techniques
– Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions and progress made by parents and their children. Provide regular reports to the Quantum Montessori team

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Child Development, or a related field
– Montessori certification from a recognized training center or institute
– Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a Montessori school or as a Montessori Parent Coach
– In-depth understanding and practical application of Montessori principles and practices for children aged 1 to 18 years old
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with parents from diverse backgrounds
– Proven ability to provide guidance and support to parents in a non-judgmental, empathetic, and non-directive manner
– Technologically savvy with the ability to conduct virtual consultations and workshops using various communication platforms
– A proficient user of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other online tools for creating and delivering workshops and webinars
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet coaching objectives and deadlines

Duration: Full-time/Part-time (Flexible hours)

Compensation

One-On-One Tutoring: Educators are compensated $60 per 1 hour one-on-one lesson and $30 for ever half-an-hour on-on-one individual lesson

Family Session: Educators are compensated $200 for each session
