Virtual STEAM/STEM Enrichment Educator – Quantum Montessori

Quantum Montessori is currently looking for passionate and dedicated STEAM/STEM Enrichment Educators to join our team and help us in our mission to inspire young minds.The Enrichment Educator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing engaging and enriching activities for students in various subject areas. The ideal candidate should have experience in teaching, a strong understanding of child development, and a passion for experiential learning. The Enrichment Educator will work closely with a team of educators and ensure that the students are provided with a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans and activities that are age-appropriate, engaging, and challenging for students.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to promote active learning and stimulate student’s curiosity in various subjects.
• Collaborate with other educators to design interdisciplinary projects and activities.
• Provide individualized attention to students and work towards achieving academic, social, and emotional growth.
• Monitor and assess student progress, provide feedback, and communicate with parents or guardians.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment by promoting respect, kindness, and cultural diversity.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
• Stay updated with current educational trends and techniques, and incorporate them into teaching practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or working with children.
• Knowledge of child development and different educational approaches.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in technology and the use of various educational tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passionate about education and have a creative mindset.
